Smith Brothers Wisteria decorated flat-sided biscuit jar marked on the base with the red Rampant Lion mark. This fine biscuit jar measures 6 ½" h. to the top of the lid and 5 ¾" square with rounded edges. The enamel decoration is highlighted in raised gold. Original undamaged condition. Inside the lid is stamped "0403".
Mount Washington Opaque matte finish toothpick holder in absolutely pristine condition. It is in the shape of a hat and has superior enamel decoration of blue, yellow and red blossoms with additional foliage including some on the fold-over hat rim. This holder measures 2" h. and 2" in diameter at the base of the holder.
Pairpoint Rosaria diamond quilt pattern compote with Grape decoration over the entire surface of the item with is an extremely rare combination. The compote measures 6 ½" h. and 6 ¾" d. with a clear bubble ball connector above the wafer base. The piece is in original undamaged condition.
Mount Washington opaque glass toothpick holder in the Greek Key blank. It is very nicely decorated with a wide blue band between the keys with fancy floral decoration. At the wave rim it is highlighted in blue. The holder measures 2 ½" h. and 2 ¼" d. while the piece is finished off with a polished pontil on the bottom.
Mount Washington Mother of Pearl crimped rim vase. The vase is blue at the tightly crimped rim fading to white at the base. The air trap pattern is a distinctive diamond quilt with a silky finish to the exterior surface of the vase. The interior of the vase is white and has a polished pontil on the bottom of the piece. The vase measures 9" h. and 4" across the squared rim. Original undamaged condition
Pairpoint Green glass candlestick cut in the Colias pattern. The shaft of the holder is hollow while the candle cup is panel cut and the 3" d. rim is nicely notched around its circumference. The wafer base is 4" d. and cut with a flower pattern. The overall height is 12" h.. Original undamaged condition.
Pairpoint Green glass console bowl cut in the Colias pattern. Surrounding the rim of the bowl are four butterfly and web decorations. The entire rim of the bowl is notched while the 6" d. wafer base is decorated with sprigs and flowers. Polished pontil on the bottom. The piece measures 4" h. and 14" d. and remains in original undamaged condition with some wear to the interior bottom from use.
Mount Washington shiny Burmese crimped rim creamer with applied yellow smooth handle. The piece measures 5 3/8" h. and 3 ¼’ d. at the widest portion while the bottom of the piece exhibits a rough pontil scar. Original undamaged condition.
Smith Brothers decorated ribbed pillar opaque glass toothpick holder. This holder has pristine decoration from the blue dots of enamel on the rim to the flora decoration that runs the circumference of the piece down to the fine rust colored line that runs around the rim of the holder. It measures 2 ¼" h. and 2 ¼" d. and remains in original condition.
Shiny Wheeling Peach Blow shouldered vase with superior fuchsia coloring. This piece has the best mahogany color at the rim to a beautiful butter cream color at the base. This large no. 5 vase measures 6 ¾" h. and 6" d. at the widest portion.
Crown Milano swirl pattern vase of opaque white glass and decorated with spotty beige background and extensive raised heavy gold wild rose decoration all around. The vase has fancy scroll decoration at the neck and the Quattro-foil shape rim is highlighted in gold. This large vase measures 8" h. and 7" d.
The rarest of the rare in Mount Washington shiny Burmese are the items with the applied Burmese decoration. This tri-con ribbed vase has super color from salmon to butter yellow at the base. One each side of this three sided vase has an applied poppy blossom with stem and three leaves. One blossom has about a third of the blossom missing and one other blossom has a very tiny fleabite; but don’t let that distract from this wonderful piece of Burmese. This impressive piece of Burmese measures 5 ¼" h. and 5 ½" across the top rim of the vase. If you have to own the best, this is it!
Hobbs shiny finish Wheeling Peach Blow shoulder vase with creamy white interior. The color on this piece is picture perfect and the finest shading and strength in color that one could find. The piece measures 4 ½" h. and 4 ½" d. at the widest portion of the shoulder of the vase. The piece remains in original brilliant condition.
A rare find is this pair of beautiful Webb Burmese slender neck bulbous base vases. These are beautifully decorated with very detailed and desirable green ivy decoration, enhanced by a background of spectacular coloring. The vases measure 7 ½" h. and 3" d. at the bulbous portion.
Well you have found the best in this fantastic Crown Milano covered sugar and creamer. The decoration is absolutely pristine with a tremendous amount of fine gold detail. The opaque glass blanks have been decorated with light beige scrolling wash and over that are heavy gold flowers, stems, buds and tendrils over the entire surface. The blossoms have tiny details of red, white enamel to add extra detail. The creamer has an applied reed handle and the sugar has two applied leaf handles. The sugar retains its original circular paper label inside the lid, "Crown Milano MT W.G. CO". Neither item is marked on the bottom of the piece. The sugar measures 4 3/8" h. to the steeple finial and is 4 ½" d., while the creamer is 4 ¼" h. to the top of the gold highlighted spout.
